I'm redrawing the line.
My days off are my time.
I deserve them,
even if I don't have a spouse or children;
even if I don't have friends outside of the church in this area;
even if I don't have any plans for those days.
If unexpected/pastoral things happen on my day off,
I will take other time off.
There's the line.

Good for you! That can be one of the hardest things to learn and do and you are smart for reclaiming your days off.

YEs indeed - walk the line. Talk the line. When you cross it as you indicated will happen - relocate it but don't stretch it too far. You'll know when that point approaches better, now. You go, woman!
